Location and price were good. Rooms were also modern.
There ws no air conditioning and it was very hot in the room even at night. Although room was modern looking some things seemed near worn out and on need of some repairs.

Bit dubious about the location ..... in a pedestrian-only backstreet but, once inside, the old charm of the Hotel won through & we really appreciated it's amazing decor.
SatNav wasn't happy at all so we ended up locating it on foot first and then, armed with a map of the City, by car to the nearest public underground car park. On balance, although frustrating, the Hotel was full of surprises!

Consider asking for directions to the parking area in advance to avoid confusion upon arrival.

Kindness from the reception staff.
- worst parking lot ever (our friends have given up parking and had to find another hotel because the garage was too small for their car) - very noisy at night, inside and outside the hotel - the poorest breakfast that we have ever seen. Not worthy of a 3-star hotel. It smelled of sewage in the dining room - insafe surroundings - the Wi Fi was nonfunctioning . air conditioning not working.

Low Cost, Fridge meant that we could cool drinks.
We’re left totally bemused by our visit to this hotel. The other guest reviews are very variable with some rating it 10 whilst others give 3 or 4. Those rating it 10 must have been staying in a different place to us!! Perhaps the rating depends upon which bit of the hotel you stay in. We were advised that the hotel is spread over 4 buildings and we were placed in an apartment block 50 metres away. The apartment, which seemed to be more like a sub-let rather than an integral part of the hotel, was set over 2 floors, on the 5th/6th levels. It was clean, had room to sleep 6 (though we only required sleeping for 4), the remainder was sparsely furnished and as far as we could tell had no air conditioning. The bathroom on the upper level smelled terribly of sewage. The view from the window was the remnants of a demolition site. The stairs between up and down was almost vertical and would be totally unsuitable for young or infirm travellers. The breakfast facility was just a total free-for-all, if you managed to find a seat, most of the food looked as if it had been ravaged by a swarm of locusts. We put up with the hotel on the basis that it was just a 2 night stop-over and it wasn’t our intention to spend much time in the room. I guess it would have been fine for a group of back-packers, but it really wasn’t suitable for us. Secure parking was some distance away and cost Euro18 per night. The hotel is on the fringe of the San Pablo area of the city which is not one of the better areas.

Solo traveler's hidden gem
The staff was accommodating, they let me store my luggage after check-out, a real lifesaver. The breakfast was decent for just about 5 euros, and it fueled my day perfectly.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.

Location is perfect, close to the city center. Room is clean and spacious. In the room there is all the necessary including the cattle. Hotel decoration is gorgeous. Staff is attentive and responsive. Perfect value for money. Hotel is recommended for families.
Breakfast is rather poor - it is difficult to expect some better for such a low room price...

The manager quickly addressed a little smell in the toilet, nice. Make sure to check the car park area before arrival. It's a tight fit down there.

Greatly enjoyed this small hotel, and we would consider staying here again. Everything was great, it had excellent wifi, no complains at all. Guest room was the best. Its excellent, very central location was a plus.

Location
Great location but there were a lot of dodgy looking guys that would hang around the street all hours of the day. Additionally, while the locations is great it does seem to be on one of th more grubby parts of the city.

Friendly staff, modern amenities, with a kettle in the room and a tv, made my stay comfortable.
Almost perfect.
